Syntax

The value of this parameter is a character string.

Notes

  1. An error message is generated if an invalid value is entered and TANDEM terminates.
  2. Allowed values are determined by the configuration file pointed to by list path, taxonomy information

Description

The file pointed to by list path, taxonomy information contains a list of FASTA or FASTA.pro formatted sequence listing files associated with a key word (or words). The value entered for this parameter must be one of the key words documented in that file. The key words are case sensitive.
