Description

X! TANDEM uses the XML language BIOML to record the output of a modelling session. Each of the peptides discovered are recorded, along with additional information, as specified by the other output parameters. The pathname given in this parameter is used to set the XSLT file that is used to create useful displays of the XML data.

X! TANDEM supports a number of different computer operating systems. Please consult your operating specific documentation for allowed names and illegal symbols before setting a file name yourself.
